Lisa and Calum’s wedding at the Renaissance Vinoy in St. Petersburg would be a dream wedding for any couple. The weather was perfect and friends and family came from as far away as England to attend. Calum wore his kilt as comfortable as Lisa did her mother’s wedding dress with some up to date alterations. One thing that remains with me about this wedding is how happy and positive everyone was at all times. Even their dog Thatcher was able to attend and never stopped smiling. The reception was one of the best I can remember. There is not a better band in the area than the Paul Vesco Band. The musicians, vocalists, song selections, and very long sets were just exceptional. The florals by Botanica international design are always anticipated to be great but yet they still exceed expectations. I wish the pictures could bring you the fragrance that filled the room. The class and elegance of the décor and fixtures at the Vinoy was also reflected in the staff who coordinated the entire day to perfection. Special thanks to hair and makeup by Josh DeBlock and CJ Brashear from “Wicked Salon” who made everyone look their best including makeovers for some of the brides maids who loved their new look. Below are a few favorites and the slide show covering the story of the day. All images can be seen here and link from the slide show as well. The password is the Bride’s maiden last name all lowercase.
